We act as translators that speak both the language of the entrepreneur and the lender, allowing us to save our clients time, money, and ease of mind when trying to obtain mission critical capital to support business growth.

Due Diligence & Funding

Expect offer indications (i.e. “term sheets”) 2-3 weeks post-loan application. After signing a term sheet, we undergo 3-6 weeks of due diligence, during which we answer lenders’ queries. We then receive a fully negotiated commitment letter (i.e. the “approval”). Funding happens once legals are finalized, taking an additional 7-10 business days.

This is the part where we collect as much information and documentation from you in order to proceed to the next step.

Go-to-Market Launch

We prepare a confidential investment memorandum (CIM) at this stage, which includes comprehensive details about your business for our lenders. We also create a lender confidentiality agreement and a lender list. All of this is reviewed by you before we go-to-market.

Underwriting

Once we have all the information we need, we complete a full internal underwriting for the loan request to give us a complete picture of your business and know exactly what financing options you may qualify for.

Due Diligence & Funding

Once we have successfully answer their remaining question, the application goes to final approval at which point you receive a fully negotiated Commitment Letter from the Lender.
